Order and pay
After completing your purchase, you will immediately receive an email with an overview of your order.
When your order is on it’s way to you, you will receive a second email with the track & trace code.

On this webshop you can pay safely with Ideal and Bancontact.

Shipping and Returns
Your order will be carefully packed without unnecessary packaging material. We strive to carry out our vision in every aspect of our business.

All Selected Vintage items are shipped as soon as possible with PostNL.
Shipping within the Netherlands takes approximately 1-2 business days.

Shipping costs
Within the Netherlands: €6,75
Within Europe: from €13,-
Outside Europe: €30,-

For orders abroad, the customer is responsible for any local taxes and import duties.

Returns
The pictures of our products are the best representation possible of the actual garments and colours. Before you buy, look carefully at the measurements, materials and color description of the product to prevent returns, in order to minimize the impact on our planet. Please do not make impulsive purchases. Choose wisely and with your heart.

Because it is legally required to accept returns within 14 days, this is how it works:

– Contact me to register your return and to make the process as smooth as possible.
– The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
– The garment must be unworn and odor free.
– Return the item in its original packaging and send it with track & trace.
– I can not refund items lost in transit.
– The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank within 14 days after we received the items back to us. You will be informed by email.
– After the expiry of the 14 days, the order is completed and you remain the owner of it.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We adhere to the privacy law. This means your data is safe with us and we always use it properly.  If you have any questions or want to know exactly what data I collect about you, please contact me.

Under no circumstances we will provide your personal data to other companies or institutions.
